Yah I think I saw this on FB, that says 300 EX and 1500 Standard, so 1800... so we lowered it by 1300 because we're super cool.

It says 500 and the shipping box does it as well. To be honest I never noticed the difference to the limitation given in the newsletters because they were so long ago before my minion was shipped finally.

500 but I do not know why it says REG on the box as there was no exclusive.

If there truly is a standard and EX, who sells them? Tweeterhead had one listing on their site before, and no other retailer has ever sold this piece.

There is no "ex" really.
Technically, when it was first offered, it was a TH exclusive (not sold on Sideshow) but now it is. So #001-250/300 (not sure how many we sold) was exclusively sold on TH, this second wave of the remainder of the 500 will be sold through Sideshow.
Who loves confusing stuff?
