Working on it! Unfortunately, he had a shocking time at Armageddon (as recounted at his website) that he's reluctant to return.
However, his art dealer is one of my best mates so I'm hopeful I'll be able to talk Frank into coming back and showing him a great time!

Try and talk Frank Cho into coming back to Aus for Supanova, not a day goes by that I don't regret not being able to get to the Armageddon he went to.

I won't be able to post scans of my SDCC pieces until after I return from my trip but they include:
1. Detailed full body Shanna by Mark Brooks (which amazed those who saw Mark finishing it at the show).
2. Small size pen and ink 3/4 body Shanna by Stanley (Artgerm) Lau.
3. Full figure pencil DPS featuring Shanna by Franchesco (Zenescope artist).
Sadly, I wasn't able to pick up my Savage Land Ladies commission by Paulo Siqueira from Joe Gonzalez but it should be delivered in a few weeks.
I also picked the Conan: Red Nails Artist Edition (Genesis West) and Xenozoic Tales Artist Edition (IDW).
Unforeseen meeting - went shopping at the LA "Farmer's Market" today and bumped into Adi Granov and Tamsin! Going to see Dave Mandel's collection tonight and visiting Howard Chaykin on Thursday who will have Walt and Louise Simonson staying with him.
Then going to LA Drink and Draw on Thursday night where I'll hopefully catch up with Dave Johnson and meet Bob Layton for the first time! Best,
Royd

Crickey! I almost forgot what I consider to be the most significant purchase of the show and of the year for me:
Deathblow & Wolverine #1 page 26 by Aron Wiesenfeld
I have actively searched for a page from this series for the better part of 10 years and finally achieved my goal by picking up a page direct from Aron during my SDCC visit!

Looking forward to seeing your haul mate. Although I was referring to people not posting their Melbourne OCC hauls.
I'm hanging out for my Xenozoic Tales AE to get over here, along with the Carbon and Xenozoic HCs I'm getting through Mark's Kickstarter campaign.

Mark Brooks' Shanna will be sweet; congrats on a great haul, Royd.
