Yeah nothing new...kinda over this statue now.
If it's not out this month I am asking for a refund of my deposit..I just can not believe this is CS Moore, they were always on top of things, but this situation is just a as far as the customer service aspect goes.

To be fair, it seems that most pieces have delays nowadays so this definitely isn't an isolated incident. I do prefer that they take their time to ensure that the statues are up to the high quality that we all expect from CS Moore Studio rather than have them rush the final product and ultimately disappoint us.

I'm also still waiting for the A20 Mandy Variant Exclusive which has also been delayed without any notification.

I completely understand your frustration in having to wait longer for this piece but at the same time I have faith that they are taking care of business and I know that we won't be disappointed in the final product.

Have you tried to contact them to see if they have a new tentative release date? I think they have, arguably, the best customer service in the industry so I'd definitely send them a quick email and I'm sure they will get back to you.

It's just very out of character for CS Moores customer service to not be upfront regarding delays and what not with it's customers. Generally they give us a heads up with regards to delays or other issues.

I don't mind waiting for it as generally any time I've ordered a statue there has always been some kind delay, in either quality or shipping delays. And with how many of the products that are now made overseas in China if you don't get it out before their New Year then that'll add to the delay.

I'm just surprised that they haven't contacted us regarding it.

hiya! I've been a Dawn collector for awhile and I just got the Emerald Variant. She looks awesome. There are a few faults. Her skin color is a little redder than I would like. Her face looks a little bit different than the shots shown from the site. It's not a huge difference but it's noticeable I think. I'm quite happy with how she came out.
