That's definitely worthy of a replacement. I've had to go through 3 replacements in some cases to get a satisfactory piece through Sideshow.

True. do you think I can convince them to just replace the hood and not the whole bust?

Really? That's a bummer... I mean I was totally able to pose it still and hide the wire from sticking out.. Wonder if it makes sense to just keep it and take the $115 credit. I sent the email to ask for just the hood replacement. We'll see what they say. Figured it's worth asking

They agreed to send out a new cloak instead of replacing the whole bust
