Maybe it works in the comic, but these statues & busts look horrible. I'm not impressed whatsoever by F4F's initial TF/GI Joe offerings. The source material isn't great to begin with, so that doesn't help. I'll only buy G1 TF/Joe stuff.

Hard Hero's Transformers line and Palisades' GI Joe line, now those were some nice pieces. Who wants this stuff based on the Valor vs. Venom crap and bad toyline crossovers?

You should see Alterton's brilliant WIP pictures of this piece? It's gorgeous and he did a beautiful sculpt.

I am curious to see what people don't like... I can understand why people are resisitant to Optimus only having one arm, but the sculpt truly is a work of art if you can see his in progress stuff...

Yeah I completely agree the sculpt is awesome you really do need to see the WIP pics. The skill involved to do this piece is just incredible. I think the only trouble with this one is the paint up isn`t so hot and really doesn`t do the piece justice.

That's not the first knock I have heard regarding these paint ups...

too true and that's why I think you will have every artist say that their favorite paintup is gray

seriously though you are correct... alterton blew me away when he posted his In progress stuff at the clubhouse...

Alterton if you are reading you should show us those pics here so people can see your amazing fabrication

Why not both arms? Looks good but two arms are better than one.

Like the Baroness+Ravage statue but aren't keen on the bust.
But from what i have seen that the whole First for Figures range for me.
Will be getting the SD Ulta Magnus and some statues depending on what the look like.
Iterested in the Jet Fire,Scourge and Wraith statues
