I'm totally confused.

So Shin at some point had white hair but the special Shin Kanji in red? Where was this? I know in Alpha Shin had red hair.

Normal Akuma' shirtless bust will not have Kanji?

Yep, that was the first thing that came to my mind, why do the bases need to have different heights?

Also, have Akuma and Ryu been correctly sized in the picture? Is seems that Akuma is much higher than Ryu there, but it could be just the picture.

That's due to the fact that we improved on Ryu.
The base needs more Seth to acomódate the male pegs coming out of his feet soles. This was done as to secure the statue much better than Ryu and prevent leaning and tons of other QC issues.
You can always use a raiser for him. From now on all our bases will be Akuma's base height.

People complained that Ryu was too short and requested for Akuma to be taller. So we obligued, Ken will be slightly taller than Ryu but we will make the adjustment gradual.

Also remover Ryu's legs are bending and Akuma's are not. Also Ryu is hunching over.

No kanji for regular akuma shirtless version.

I wish you guys could come up with some kind of Riser for Ryu...Just a thin black base similar to Akumas base under the rope.

I agree about the need for an higher base to better accomodate the peg, a bit less on the need to enlarge the size of the statue, as I would have preferred scale consistency was mantained.
Oh well, I'll love my Ryu anyway, keep up with the great work!

I love the size, hes fully up if ryu was fully up would be similar height, and I cant wait to see the rest of this line esp bison and sagt!
