Go to My Account. On the left side there should be a list...towards the bottom of the list there should be a Premier Guild Gift Selection option. Kind of weird how they have it, but there you go.

Thanks. I see the menu you are talking about but it brings up a blank screen on my iPhone and iPad. Possible I need to access from laptop instead?

No luck on a non-Apple product with IE or Chrome. I sent a note to GG asking for help.

Weird...everything's good for me. The page is mostly blank... "Premier Guild Gift Selection" in bold lettering and a drop down menu ("Select a Bundle"), but it's working fine. I'm sure they'll get worked out.
