Just the axe and shield. I'm not digging the helmet and the sword isn't very "iconic".

Very cool, even though the sword looks the coolest I think I agree with your decision, espcecially for the costs involved. They will look outstanding in a man cave/basement bar kind of a thing.
I went ahead and bought the smaller Darkhorse DDIII (here is mine next to Bowen DD on a horse for scale). I really didn't like the painting enough to buy the much better and more detailed ARH 1/4 scale version but I'm glad I got this one. I wish Huntress was available in 1/6 or smaller, I would have picked her up too. But at 1/4 scale with a 22" diameter base I don't know where I would have put her without building a special spot for her and like the DDIII, not one of my favorite paintings. Oh well.

I got the bronze version on preorder from SS, but the other death dealer looking at his creator grave, looks soOoo tempting. I might just grab him as well

The Helmet on the Tribute one is very nice, and at $270 and 1/6th scale, doesn't sound terrible at all. It's got my eye.

I'm not sure how I feel about the action figures. Has anyone actually seen them in person?

Got the original one... based more on the image comics Deathdealer, pretty cool, kinda like a hot toys version.
