I don't normally buy pre-done up pieces, I primarily stick to OA and convention sketches/commissions. However, after all but giving up on ever getting an Adam Hughes piece due to prices and scarcity of opportunities, I saw this puppy on eBay and pounced. I now have one of my art grails and I'm ecstatic for it!
It being a color piece makes me even happier (I don't have too many.) Allison is a great colorist and compliments Adam's work really well. I know it's a simpler sketch, but I'm still in love with it.
The seller is also fricking awesome. USPS tried their best to smash this piece, they dropped something pointy on it that actually pierced the box, so I was freaking out opening it up, but the seller wrapped it incredibly well and the sketch ended up being pristine. I could not be happier!
