Suddenly Rufus is a classic right? Go back to some threads from 2008 and see the comments on him lol.
Then go back to 1997-1999 and watch SF3 get torn to shreds for being different from SF2.

Just to be clear, there are SF character designs I don't care for (Blanka and Rolento spring to mind), but I realize there is a market for fans of those characters and their designs.
That's why I don't bother commenting on them.
