I'm glad your not working for SS bud! 
SS said they will replace the head sculpt for me. To be fair I sent them more photos that showed the googley eyes better.
This is a awesome statue, im so happy that my EX got converted!

Hey guys, need your help. Finally received my EX last week and opened it up today. Awesome statue!! My problem is I can't find the heat vision eyes so I'm not sure if they weren't included in mine or if it's hidden in some other compartment in the styrofoam. Feel stupid asking, but where were these packed??? In the area with the base/body/heads or the area with the cape??? TIA!!

It's wrapped in styrofoam wrap material inside one of the hole compartment in the styrofoam container. There should be 2 sets when u get it.

Looking at the styrofoam box on the side with the base/body/heads I see a deep cylindrical shape hole, below where the heads were packed. Was this where the heat vision eyes were placed? Looks like I didn't get them and will need to call SS in the morning. Bummer, hope they have replacements.

Yes, they were wrapped up in foam in the hole directly below the heads.

Yep. It should have been right above the base, wrapped in the grey foam.

My box originally had an incomplete set of eyes. I just got a full set last week.
