Would the recent Lara Croft: Snow Day statue qualify? The website shows the EX with an edition size of 550 but the bases show 500.
Or the Magneto Comiquette, site shows 500 but the bases show 1000 pieces.

Wasn't there a color change on the green Vega?
Also the colors of the Zangief EX were changed (the red hair became grey).
Upgrade of the belt on the Guile reg and ex.
