I'm not willing to say that it's the best Cap yet. MadX's is pretty damn incredible.
Need to see more pictures of this guy. But so far, I'm very impressed.

That was also the first thing I noticed...is upper body is lacking muscles. He seems too lean. But this piece still looks real good
