SS will now get on the stick and make a Magneto and Phoenix.

If they were smart, they would make a Dark Phoenix since she's not been touched yet.

Though don't do it half-hearted like Emma and Jean. Pitchforks and torches would be seen outside their offices

Seems like mutants at Professor X School exercised regularly...I don't see why Mags would not.

Go back and read your original quote. You said Marvel wouldn't help with actor's licensing issues not Fox. In addition it has more to do with actor's likeness. How did action figures of the other Fox Marvel movies get made in the past? This is clearly a relatively new problem between Fox and Marvel and not just due to actor's likeness.

I am happy as long as Sideshow is going for the classic Jim Lee Magneto 1/4 PF style like they did with their Magneto Comiquette. Exclusive is going to be either change-o-head or switch out hands to display his awesome magnetic powers!

The thing I want to see on Magneto, and this includes other companies, is the shaded inside helmet look.

Look at the picture JohnMatrix posted of Magneto facing the X-Men. I know the helmet being so closed makes it unrealistic that he could ever get it on by normal means, but I like that look. Face shaded with his eyes glowing.

Straight on isn't the best angle for the comiquette, I feel. It looks far better at an angle or the side.

I never said it wasn't a relatively new problem. Obviously there used to be plenty of action figures based on the Fox movies, but that's all dried up in recent years. Now what little product there is for the X-Men movies is either limited to Wolverine or something like Minimates that doesn't require likeness rights. Companies can still license the likeness rights from Fox if they wish, but without Marvel's cooperation it's a more expensive and time-consuming process.

I highly doubt we'll see a Magneto PF in our lifetime. They are too busy sculpting boobs.
