The detail is incredible but I still cannot get over how off the horse's neck and head look to me - head is slightly too small and neck is too short. But, that's just my opinion. I'm sure I'll have an expert tell me I'm wrong.

More than likely an optical illusion, as Bats head is turning towards the left, and horse head/neck are turning towards the right. Since Bats gaze is towards the left, display options are limited, so XM should change the horses’ head to match Bats for a better view/display angle.

Wished XM Studios had gone with a black and red cape design, the red under would looked really nice imo. I did not see the rope thingy on both shoulder armours, will they be included in the final product?
Really wanted the shogun batman they showed us was accompanied, with a black with gold trimmed horse and some burgundy red highlights to break the black, together with a white face and red lip base, the statue would wow more imo.

Agree. Love the design and detail (angle of the horses head excluded) and in general absolutely appreciate what they’ve done as a Samurai on an armoured horse. However.... for a Batman peice and the general feeling of ”badassery” this should give really feel they missed the mark on the paintwork.
They can easily fix it by trying again but for reasons beyond my understadning, I get the feeling XM might be sticking to their guns on this one. Hope to be wrong.
If I knew any talented painters in Australia I’d still get this and have it redone.
