Just mention to them what the delivery date was originally, then the changed date then the latest date.
They'll go by the last dates listed so if it says Apr- June it would be 90 days past June. If you badger them though and don't have a record they'll usually cave if it's just after 30 days.
Remember policies are just guidelines.
