Imagine A Child Seeing These Commercials

Now imagine, you're in grade school, you come home to watch Looney Tunes and these commercials come one.

These aired in the late 70's early 80's. As a kid they scared the crap out of me but now they're laughable.

Neither one exists anymore, they both burned down years ago due to mysterious circumstances.

That scared the hell out of me too! Buck Rogers in the 25th century was a cool show.

Buck Rogers didn't bother me. Those haunted house commercials aired at 2pm in the afternoon during the cartoons. I was probably about 9 or 10 years old.

I remember seeing commercials like these in the early 80s. But you're right...creepy stuff.

I thought it was the haunted house at Great Adventure that got burned down?

That one did too. A bunch of people died in that one.

The Haunted House in Wildwood NJ also burned down, within the last 10 years.

I went to the one in Longbranch..my younger brother was too afair to go inside so he stood outside with the goul who took the tickets till we came out the other end.
And there was nothing better than getting hammered drunk in wildwood, then going into the haunted mansion...oh the memories!!!

The one in Wildwood was great because you could either walk through the castle or take the boat underneath. It was there one year and gone the next. Someone told me teenagers got in there when it was closed and started the fire.
