Those lights were only provided directly to comic book stores, they weren't sold retail.

There are also Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman/Flash versions of them, they're really nice. I bought the Batman/Wonder Woman versions on eBay a year or two back, they weren't cheap. But they do look really, really nice.

If you really want them you basically just have to look on eBay sporadically and hope you see one for a price you're willing to pay, there are very few of them actually ever available.
