I used to do the St. Louis to Austin drive three or four times a year before I moved here full time. You’d only be adding an extra few hours to that.

When I said Illinois I meant Chicago. I’m practically up in Canada. Thank You HeyPaul and Gothamite, that was rude! If I was a Giffer, I’d a got you good. Next time little bat. Next time.

I went back and picked up sparkly Killer Frost before closing yesterday. To my surprise, literally all of them were still there, so not a single person other than me was interested in them for $60. Crazy, considering how crazy everyone went for them when they were first announced.

Gothamite, you were right - QC on this is fantastic. My only complaint is that the glitter comes off on my hands from the slightest touch. I’m afraid it’ll eventually end up completely rubbed off just from assembling/disassembling the statue a few times.

Just hold the statue by the torso and thighs, and you'll be fine.

Bumping this thread for people who will be in the Austin area this holiday weekend. They're bringing back the Sidekick store on Black Friday, 11/29. They open at 8 AM and will be selling statues, toys, excess inventory graphic novels/back issues, etc.

Most of the statues in the pictures that I posted on Page 1 didn't sell during Labor Day weekend and are still there inside the main store.

So, if heypaul was the only person who bought a Bombshells Killer Frost Glitter Variant during Labor Day weekend, they still have four of them.

They added a lot of the Diamond Gallery PVC statues and also all of their Ame Comi inventory to the Sidekick store. (Someone bought one each of all the Diamond Gallery MCU stuff.) The Uminga t-shirts are $10.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I didn't get to go to the sale today because I had to work until 8pm. Is the sidekick back open-open now, or just for today? Anyone know? TIA. I've had my eye on some of the Ame-Comi pieces. Did they have any Women of DC busts left?
