Keith's second photo looks like the best display angle and level. With Mjolnir flat or flush to the eye and the cape billowing out and the marginal view of Thor's face, seems the most dynamic and interesting view.

Still looking forward to this. Looks very much like the prototype. It's better to judge the paint-app in person, without any photo flash. Looks great for me, so far.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

hard to see the face and if you put it high and at the right angle then you cant see the whole "strike down" effect. Sort of disappointed in how the head position came out but there were some who were suspicious early on.

I appreciate your honesty. I was really exited about this piece at first but after second thoughts, I might just dodge the bullet and save for the action Thor. This piece had a lot of great potential, but the angle of the face and the weird front of the base make it harder to display. I might eventually get it but I am not completely sure.

I was lucky enough to see a produced piece at last year's SDCC. That was enough to cause me not to buy it. Happy enough with my other four Bowen Thor statues.

I had the same reaction when I saw it at the Diamond booth at SDCC.
