FUBAR - Season 1 (2023)

Maybe a 3/10. Just a weak series. Like watching a cartoon but with real people. Script/story predictable, acting wooden.

Oh really... I actually have high hopes for this show. It is the number 1 show on Netflix in Turkiye right now. Even Arnold post a tweet saying ''Thank you Turkey'' on twitter because of the success of FUBAR in Turkiye.

Succession Season 4 (9/10)
Barry Season 4 (9.5/10)
Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5 (7/10)

All the above series ended just recently. Sad to see them all go but I do feel they reached good stopping points. Succession and Barry were strong final seasons. I could have done without the time jumps on Maisel.

I remember you also didn't like Blade Runner 2049. I don't expect something even near to that level from FUBAR, but Blade Runner 2049 was exceptional.

You?re right. I thought Blade Runner 2049 was a complete snore. My son, who saw it with me, felt the same way, and we both loved the original Blade Runner. To each his own.

Yeah, there wasn't many action scenes in Blade Runner 2049 because it was an art film, not an action film. That is why you probably don't like it. To each his own.

I like art films just fine, I watch them all the time with my wife. I just didn?t like this one.
