I solved my varnish problem with "Krylon/Sherwin Williams Kamar Varnish 1312". AK support had no solution.

Now I spray with Krylon first. But because the Krylon varnish is very shiny, I sprayed it with the AK Matt Varnish.

There's still a lot of work to do, but progress is being made.

Also, thanks for mentioning the eyes. I wasn't sure if it would look good. But now I don't change anything about the eyes.

A very successful work. The project is progressing well. Yes, it's hard to paint the face, but I think the pants lines should be harder. Congrats.

Lady Mechanic is ready.
There are still details that could be painted but I really want to continue with other statues.
The original base was too big for me. I ordered a wooden disc for the base and put the lady on it. I'll decorate the base with one or two gear wheels, which I still have to get.
That was also my last big statue for the time being. In the future I will focus on 1/6 scale.
