Agree! It's fantastic work. Jason Aaron's knocking this one and Dr. Strange out of the park!

It's funny how for some writers, they really get some characters and don't have a clue about others. I have really been enjoying Aaron's Dr. Strange but his Hulk was a complete disaster.

Totally! His work on Ghost Rider, Weapon X, Thor and Dr. Strange have been stellar. But his Hulk was a complete bust.
I wonder if Hulk's just a tough character to write, like Superman. Mark Waid's Hulk bombed also, and I'm not sure there's a better writer than Waid in comics over the last few decades.

Different companies & themes by a mile, but have you guyz been reading any of Mark Waids' indi-stuff?
His Archie relaunch has been a real breath of fresh air. And Waid's Justice Inc. over at Dynamite has been perfect. I'll recommend them both -
Hardest working Writer in comics.

New Teen Titans - DC Archives Volume 1-3 Written and co-plotted by Marv Wolfman and George Perez.
Collects issues 1-20, plus Spotlight issues 1-4, DC Presents first appearance issue, and DC Digest story.
Lots of fun. Stellar artwork. Perhaps a bit more teen angst for my liking but that's what made the books special at the time. Fans of 80s storytelling style should really enjoy these.
8/10 - Easy.

Aquaman - By Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis - Volume 1 "The Trench" and Volume 2 "The Others"
New 52 - Collects issues 1-13
Great artwork, fun storytelling, though not particularly memorable.
The best part of this series was Mera. Very underused character.
7/10

I think I'm mentally preparing myself for reading many of these books for the last time...

I'll actually be dropping TITANS when it's relaunched with Damian Wayne leading the team.....and I have every issue of TEEN TITANS/TITANS/NEW TITANS, going back to the launch from BRAVE & BOLD! I just don't care anymore! (Though I am enjoying TITANS HUNT....but there's no way it should be 12 issues!)

Y'now, I bought all 3 omnibuses and the writing just didn't hold up, with the exception of the classic Judas Contract story. I remember really being into this when I was in my late teens/early20s when this book first was coming out. But it just didn't hold up....due to the writing primarily.
