I also put Jim Lee Batman B&W Statue on preorder. Is this McFarlane which manufactures the DC Statues now ? I don't see The McFarlane brand anywhere ?

Aside from the action figures he's been doing, the new stuff won't be seen until 2022. I doubt they would add any new packaging to existing product.

It seems like this is just new old stock DC has had sitting in limbo since the layoffs last year, and now that the new deal with McFarlane is done they're able to actually ship this stuff.

Revisited the BBTS site and the Marini Harley is available now. I don't recall seeing it initially (I rechecked after your post), but is is definitely there now. Maybe a late addition?
