The estate has tried to get around that by copyrighting names and places in the novels, like "John Carter", "Dejah Thoris", and "Barsoom". I think you mean that they trademarked the names and places. They can hold the trademark and protect them as well as license it.

I'm more interested in the price, this 1:3 line seems to have a pretty wide range when it comes down to that. Will be a more deciding factor for me than giant penises, not that there is anything wrong with that

I dont think Dejah is black, she's on Mars, and as far as the d*ck/tusk, PCS posted nothing about her this week, which to me is a good sign that the base is getting a redesign, hopefully when they reveal her before the preorder the base looks much better, and yeah definitely interested in the price

Well on Facebook they posted the White Tusk version is it! I liked the reddish version, but very satisfied with the white tusk, which seemed the most popular, End of the Tusk is also fixed! Big hit for PCS on this piece!!!
