Yeah, I just saw a video.... I went to jump on the wait list... which doesn't exist. Damnit.

I'm not sure why there is no wait list. Is it really that full that Sideshow shut it down? I remember back when I could get on a wait list for their Venom comiquette about a year after it had been released.

The Batgirl P1 EX doesn't even have a wait list... Really?

It's probably because they still have a bunch of the regulars left they need to move while they wait to see if they can get any more allotment of the EX from Prime1. They would rather have you feel like your only option at this point is to purchase one of the regulars (so they make a definite sale) rather than add you to a waitlist where they might not actually make a sale when it's all said and done. Just my guess though.

Agreed. I love the EX as a character element, but it really does just disappear (based on con footage anyway) into the details of a piece this size.

I also think Wonder Woman on Horse has conditioned some to be more accepting of the price (especially with Sideshow's $50 markup. Their excuse about the import cost makes it seem like they'll ease the shipping cost on our end when the final invoice comes. LOL. Yeah right.) whereas seeing all of Swamp Thing's options for a similar price makes me less accepting.

I know engineering the lights on this and the companion Batman was too difficult, but it would've made me pull the trigger immediately instead of purposely waiting until it waitlisted (needed more time to decide before committing to the steep NRD) and ultimately cancelling it.
