Are you going to post this to every thread to get a response?
I'm looking into the codes and will report back today. We follow the US guidelines for shipping our items and some licensors set the harmonized codes for their products.
I will check on this today and report back as soon as I know something.

Hopefully we get price info on the new pieces soon, also on the JW Rex v. Indominus statue, is it still the plan for the Rex and Indominus to go on sale at the same time? I ask because it seems that only the Indominus is going to be shown at SDCC

We are using the correct code by using 9503 as the HS Tariff Code. This code is for reduced-scale models. https://www.trade-tariff.service.gov.../headings/9503
The UK customers are asking us to use 9703 as the HS Tariff Code. This excludes them from VAT tax because it is specifically designed for original statuary of a non-commercial nature. https://www.trade-tariff.service.gov...ff/chapters/97. This specifically states: "3. Heading 9703 does not apply to mass-produced reproductions or works of conventional craftsmanship of a commercial character, even if these articles are designed or created by artists."

Just want to wish Paul and everybody at Chronicle a great show at SDCC this week!  [I REALLY hope you guys decided to make the Spinosaurus from JP3 and will be on display, but it's probably wishful thinking....
