i think they would have been better off keeping the original director. he went by the books as best as he could. the new guy changes a lot to please the people that don't read the books.

I can't wait to go see it later tonight! I've never been to a Midnight showing for a Harry Potter movie before. Not sure what to expect as far as people dressing up and stuff. I'm expecting lots of young kids and teenagers. The last midnight showing I went to was for Revenge of the Sith.

UPDATE:
I just got back from seeing it and this movie is f'en awesome! . I loved every minute of it. Best Harry Potter movie yet...by far!

Went and saw it with several friends this afternoon - we all loved it! We all agreed that it's the best in the series so far. They also showed the Superman Returns trailer

just got back from it. i didn't like it because they changed so much from the book. A LOT from the book. if i hadn't read it i guess i would have liked it. but it just bugs me that they cut soooooooooooooooooooo much of the important stuff out. and they didn't explain anything.
wow i could go on, but won't. anyone else feel this way??

Just got back from Goblet of Fire....It was GREAT! Very enjoyable. Liked the book better, but...y'know. This show is definately worth seeing! As far as the Superman movie, I'm keeping an optimistic attitude. I actually enjoyed the trailer, and I was surprised that I did, after the way it's been shredded in most threads. And....King Kong!!!!! BOO YAH!!!

We went and saw it this afternoon. Enjoyable but I thought it was choppy. Some disappointments. Wanted to see WAY more of the dragons. No Superman trailer for me!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Saw it last night-by far the best of the four. Loved the darkness of it..Besides the three year old behind me and the guy on the cellphone next to me, I enjoyed the movie very much...

Can't wait for the Order of the Phoenix...

We got the Supes trailer, it looks good. I liked the movie but haven't read the books yet. I figure I want to enjoy the movies as they come out and then after I will go and read the books. The movie was visual awesome, more dragons would have been cool, and they did not explain too much. Left with more questions than answers.

I saw it yesterday and really enjoyed it. They seem to be getting a bit darker and not just aimed at kids. It is by far the best one yet.

I hated the Superman trailer, could they make a movie look more boring. Yeah I know it was just a teaser, but come on, show some action. I just have a bad feeling that they are going to screw this movie up.
