I just checked his page. He hasn't posted anything on it himself since Nov. 27th. Anbd I did link the Bleeding Cool piece on my FB page when I first saw this, so it's possible he saw it in his news feed. But, all indications are that, if he has seen it, he's got nothing to say about it.

knowing JC, he's probably still in the process of writing the 10 page response to it

I still just can't believe it all. He comes in here in September and calls me out for giving him such a hard time saying he'll fix everything with everyone quickly...only to once again do nothing and vanish in thin air
