If you are on payment plan you won't until your payment plan is over (or until you just go ahead and pay it). It will always default to the closest period after they are available. So if your payments are on the 30 of every month and they started going out tomorrow yours will start getting in line on the 30th. I believe the website has an option to just finish the payment early if so.

Just asked to cancel my SZ exclusive and use some of my gift cards from cancelled pcs orders to pay my shipping on Scorpion AP fingers crossed ...Excited for this piece the pose is a lot more natural than the SZ though it's still cool...Shipping to Aus is getting nasty.

Looks like SS is tracking the inbound shipment to them and know when it will arrive. My final (full) charge will be this Monday, then they likely do inspection, and then ship. The rep I had a chat with last week said it can be 10-20 days after they arrive before they're shipping, so I assume that is to accommodate the inspection process?
All in all, I'm pumped to finally get them. This is a 100% nostalgia thing for me, being an arcade kid when MK first came out. Between these, the Arcade1up cabinet I just got, and the wallpaper I'm having printed, my home office is going to be a bit MK heavy by year's end. Shame I missed out on the Goro.

"Inspection". They might inspect the boxes and spot check 1 or 2 to make sure there aren't major issues, they certainly don't expect them individually. They don't even inspect their own damn statues :|

A shame, really. While it might delay all the shipments, it could also prevent legitimate rep damage. We live in the age of people being able to throw 4K videos of defects onto FB groups the day they get their statues. Then all the artist proofs get burned up filling replacements...

TBF I don't expect them to inspect them here, it's mostly a waste anyway. I prefer they inspect it properly in China (which in this case isn't SS' job). I just don't think it's great that they're telling people that they go through inspection in the US. I have no doubt many people get the impression that they are all checked for defects when in reality they aren't, and they no doubt know this :| And I can't believe they are saying it without knowing they are giving that assumption out which if so is very ----ty of them.

Admittedly, some conjecture on my part was in play. The 10-20 days are probably just to ship them out to those who pre-ordered. What you said about checking them in the factory, where they can actually do anything about it, makes perfect sense.
Also, I got the email asking if I wanted to ship mine early. I didn't see it in time, so I missed out of them being on their way to me already.
