Well she is sold out most of the time in the EU shop. I waited few weeks and when she was back in stock, I immediately ordered her. She was dispatched the next day.

I saw Mercy in a local game store (EBGames - similar to Gamestop) here in Australia.
Unfortunately very expensive (equivalent to $287 USD) so cheaper to buy from Blizzard direct even with shipping, but I got a chance to see the statue. And wow, blown away. She is gorgeous.

I got mine in, it is a great piece. Unfortunately, there were some painting flaws I was not willing to accept. Had a finger print on the front of the leg also some other scuffs on the leg, as if they grabbed the statue before it dried. Also all the silver paint for the bolts were way off center.
Blizzard is great with the returns though. They will be sending me a new one.
