I would say that her arm might be some sort of plastic since it has almost the feel like the guns.

Still its a very nice made piece!!
With Hot Toys re making Ironman out of Die Cast, it would be good to see something like this in the furture, where the Terminator parts are real metal

It would dramatically increase the price and weight (think of the shipping costs) for a negligible increase in "quality".

Ultimately, at this scale, the "realism" in appearance is a result of the paint apps rather than the base material.

Finally, from a design perspective, how would a full metal arm be realised? If it was cast from pot metal, the loss in detailing would be very noticeable. And if the arm was (adequately) constructed from individual components.....well, I said it before, the cost would be prohibitive.

The Hot Toys will likely use a cheap cast metal for the diecasting, and it for sure won't be 100% diecast metal....and you'll pay an arm and a leg for it.

Don't get companies, for some money spent they could add a lot of extras and that would make it to where collectors would buy EX and not have to think about.

Sounds like you're ranting, but I don't know why? The exclusive was great, and worth buying.

I mean, sure, they could have done other things, they could have given her a gold bikini as an exclusive....doesn't mean the route they took was wrong.

No. I was just my thought about how companies should do more extras to get buyers. I don't own this and didn't want to own this. Great statue from the photos I just think they could sell more with more extras for statues. 5-10 years ago EX would sell out fast now they stay in stock for years.
