Alex Ross Marvelocity

Ordered this after seeing the latest Alex Ross video on CBS Morning show. Will go good with the DC Mythology.

Same size and similar format. Plus you get about a dozen pages of an original story of Spidey fighting the Sinister Six and the dust jacket seems to unfold forever with new paintings on front and back.

I love Chip Kidd books and I'm tempted buy this but I tend to find Ross' realism too off-putting for super-hero comics. Basically the characters look too much like people in costumes for me.

As an example:
