Yeah, it's weird that her eyes changed considering they were blue for decades. Someone at DC now must like green-eyed redheads.  It's really not a big deal to me though. I'm usually more concerned about major changes like to a costume or something. Green or blue eyes, the statue would be stunning either way.

I assume it's all about a little more visual pop since the costume has so much blue?
Don't forget that redheads have always been waaaay overrepresented in comic books for the same reason.
