The belt is indeed a separate/loose accessory.

Statue looks good to me. I wonder if you could use a black marker or something to create the beauty mark, but then again by doing that you risk messing up the statue.

Is there any way you could take one pic of the statue without the belt?

A skilled hand could definitely do it with a fine-tip pen or paint - plus there are creative approaches and materials that would not be permanent or could be carefully "removed". Black self-adhesive matte vinyl that is precision cut with a Cricut to a pinpoint dot will likely be my approach if I need to add it. Easy/safe to remove, but does the trick in the meantime visually.

But I just don't want to make any changes like that until I know if it's a batch error or a production decision in case they need further documentation.

As for a photo without the belt - I don't want to overhandle mine right now- but there is an IG/TikTok showing the body/TV piece unassembled without the belt on (at the 11 second mark):

Agreed! I love those and are great for precision detailing. Those are mainstays in my kit ever since I discovered them as a kid in art school!

Thanks for all the pics. Overall, I'm really liking this, except for the belt.
