Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Yeah, I remember the 1/4 scale being only a bonus option for certain characters when they partnered up with Sideshow, not that every statue released will have one from now on.

I have always looked to other companies for my 1/4 pieces. However, if TH comes out with exceptional 1/4 Batman and 1/4 Martian Manhunter, then I'd be stoked.

I'd definitely be all over a 1/4 Martian Manhunter. It's the last 1/4 piece I need for my 1/4 JL lineup.

800 total for a 1/4 is not a big number. I wonder if some of these companies will start to realize that re-doing characters that have been done before is not going to get you big numbers (except maybe for Batman and Spider-Man). I mean, if you have a great 1/4 Wonder Woman already, do you really need another? (dumb question I know as I'm sure some HUGE Wonder Woman fans will say "Of Course").
Although maybe it is just a sign of the times and folks are tightening their belts.

My guess is the height really hurt this piece.

The height did not help but I think it was the base sculpture itself of Ares. The base and sculpture of WW both compete with each other instead of complimenting each other.

I like the design of the base, it?s just the height. It is a 1/6 that cannot go with any other 1/6 because I have them on shelves. That is a problem.

I think the design is great myself- I just think it is too large
I actually think that it would make a great full size Ares statue
