Here's the early renders of the scrapped Tremor and D'Vorah if anyone was still curious. I just remembered also that Shao Kahn in the throne and Raiden with lightning effects were both cancelled also, and after prototypes were shown. Is it normal for so many projects to get cancelled by a single company?

Saw her in person this weekend, she's amazing, that could it be 1/4, this pose have so much power! She really looks like the actress from MK3, one of the best females that Iron Studios ever make

It would be so tempting to buy the whole set and turn it into a fighter gallery.

But what is with the Goro / Kahn scaling? And which of the two feels correctly in-scale with the others released so far?

I can't speak for actual scaling numbers, but I'll do my best to explain.

Shao Kahn is definitely smaller scale than Goro. Even in his sitting position and Goro having a much taller base you can clearly see the size discrepancy.

Raiden on the other hand is a smaller scale than Goro as he's almost the same height taking into account Goro's taller base and raised arm pose.

I put Raiden on a different shelf than the other 2 to not put such an emphasis on it. With the 3 being different races and heights scale is all over the place. I'm hoping when Sub Zero and Scorpion arrive they are in scale with at least Raiden so I can put them together.
