I'm betting however they work the shipping, the website orders are shipping first... My orders are probably scratched down on a paper burried on Spencer's desk. Ugggg!!!!!

Yeah... You might be right. My talks with Spencer don't gleam me nearly the info that I used to get from Hailey. Maybe I will start using the website. Probably not though... Lol

I never had the pleasure of dealing with Hailey, but I think they had something good going when she and Ehren were still part of the team.
