Awesome to see all the trading card love in this thread, 1990 marvel universe cards got me hooked on trading cards and comics when i was 5 years old to this day

same here bro, it all started when one of my neighbors gave me some his doubles from the 92 impel series. that coupled with the xmen animated series jumpstarted me into comics

I was already into cards/comics when the xmen animated series came out, but the xmen animated series made me love the xmen most of all over any othe rmarvel characters and was/is my favorite cartoon to this day. Xmen are still my favorite marvel team, but their comics for the past 10 or more years have just been ridiculously bad and unrecognizeable to what I once knew and loved, wish they would just make the xmen jim lee style again LOL

astonishing was good for the first two arcs with whedon, that was probably the last time I really enjoyed an xmen book. xforce / uncanny xforce are still my favorite titles ever

Jusko just confirmed this set will be out in October/November of this year, better start saving those pennies to get some boxes! if they delayed another month these would of been 2016 marvel masterpieces!
