Spiderman vs. Captain America
My immediate reaction is that Spidey would take this one.
He's much faster and stronger. Cap has experience and is definitely the better technical fighter.
The thing is, off the top of my head, I can think of at least two times that Spidey and Cap have squared off - Spiderman 187 and in the recent Civil War. Both times Cap has sorta put Spidey in his place. I'm thinkin' though that a determined pissed off Spidey would put Cap away.

I can't see Spidey going all out against Cap. This more than anything else gives the advantage to Captain America.
In a fair fight, Spider-Man would (should) wipe the floor with Cap; he's faster, more agile, possesses greater endurance, has his spider-sense, and is much stronger; about 30 times stronger.
The only advantage Steve has is being a better trained hand-to-hand fighter.

Spidey wins this. He's physically superior to Cap in every way, plus he can come at Cap from all angles because of his quickness wall-crawling ability. Plus, he can shoot webs.

Spidey should win this, but as Tet says, I don't think he ever would--not consciously. Spidey respects Cap too much to beat him.

Honestly I think Cap would win through force of will. Spidey should win but you just can't keep Cap down. At least until they killed him.
