It’s hard for me to give this statue any consideration considering Prime 1’s Poison Ivy is the perfect interpretation of the character for me and in my opinion is so much better than this Ivy. I was going to buy Sideshows Ivy if it was close since it was 1/4 but they really underwhelmed me here. I try to stay away from 1/3 but Prime 1 hit a home run.

Ok...I have given her some thought.

I originally hated the muscles and I'm still not a fan of her super toned shoulders and back but it seems less pronounced now that I see the full reveal.

The head is oddly positioned and like Croc you must choose between her face or figure. Would be nice to have an alternate portrait looking straight forward.

I like the base.

Reg portrait is stunning. The hair looks perfect.

After staring at the EX, first I'll applaud SS for giving us an alternate portrait. I hate lame EXs like what Leia or Black Canary had. The EX does look terrifying and at first it freaked me out. BUT, I will say, Ivy should be terrifying. She's not a femme fatale alone. She's a cold killer that wants to see is weak meatsacks put down. So, I appreciate something different.

Last comment, good to see a full sculpt. I am scared to ask but is there PVC in this piece?

Hmm, I'm actually kinda "meh" about her now :\

Her overall physique isn't as detailed as I'd hoped it would be, considering how her back and shoulders are.

Unlike Phoenix, her face is completely hidden when facing from the front, which is unfortunate.

That EX face tho...yeah, I'm seeing more shrek fiona than ivy, I'm afraid.

And the price point - OUCH! I mean, I expected it, after seeing Batwoman go for $550 and the 1/5th scales being close to what a PF of this size was going for last year.

Overall id say its a very nice PF, but it underwhelmes in some regards; not something you wanna hear when spending a hefty $600.
