I feel sorry for San Diego Chargers fans

What is the owner of the Chargers thinking keeping Norv Turner and AJ Smith??

How can so much talent pass through that team and they under achieve so badly???

I just do not understand the thought process and why they cannot see this from inside.

Norv Turner as a Offensive Cordinator....AWESOME
Norv Turner as a Head Coach....not so much. Sure sometimes he can get you to the playoffs, but that is about it.

And Smith....was brilliant early on....but he has made a lot of poor choices.

I guess I just do not get it, and I am not even a fan. I do not hate SD, but I love football, and when you are in division that they should be dominating almost every year with the talent they have/had, I just find it frustrating.

ok, rant over

Norv has naked pictures of someone?

Have enough offense there to win titles STILL now like fat Rex Ryan said about them, but now I don't know if the defense is still there for them. They had really stacked team when LT,Turner,Cromartie,Merriman were there years ago.

They have no idea what they are doing. When they fired Marty Shottenheimer after a 12-4 season, and a trip to the AFC title game they thought they were being really smart to bring in Norv Turner, a guy with rings as a OC, but only mediocre as a head coach.

Add in their release of Brees after his injury thinking he was a lossy cause, they lose LT (2 future hall of famers still with gas in rhe tank) and Darren Sproles...they are moronic. And that organization deserves to suffer because of their stupidity

They should go after Fisher and move turner to oc. I think turner is too nice to be a head coach.

First NFL game I attended was Chargers vs. Oilers, with my Dad and a couple of buds, back in the early 80's when we lived in San Diego. Been a fan ever since.
Sucks to see the roller coaster the team's on lately.

And it was mentioned that Norv gets em to the playoffs....that's IF and BARELY.

Keeping Norv around is like the Eagles keeping Reid. I'm sorry, but how long is failure acceptable because a team is afraid of not having a big name coach?

Thanks for the Reid comparison.... These Eagles suck it up all season and then make a run at the end. Bunch of overpaid sissies......

No way. Reid is nothing like Turner. Reid's been to a Super Bowl and 4 consecutive NFC title games.

The problem isn't Reid - Vick will never be a super bowl QB; he's like Romo
