I'm sorry to hear that, I was really looking foward to this dio. I loved the dynamics and the sculpting style (refined face and bang-on physiques). Not to mention the awesome exclusive which was a day 1 pre-order for me - a whole additional switch-out alpha variant! However I got to say I always felt these dios were a touch small at 1:9 or 1:8 or whatever they were - I think alot of sculpting detail and impact gets lost at such a small scale, and it may have also prevented damage (being less fragile with 'brittle pieces' due to their size), for example if you see Sideshow's psyclocke vs. spiral dio in person (aka. Stick Figure vs Praymantis) it looks absolutely terrible compared to their other vs lines (we're talking 1:9ish compared to 1:6-1:7, and think that is reflected with all the places it can be found discounted at). But I still love both the first 2 SF dios and am greatful we got those.. (period) iconic vs dios are some of my fave.. if this line does get the axe, I hope they change the MK line a bit and increase the scale to at least 1:7

I can't remember which, but didn't PCS say that by ordering direct they didn't need a certain number to go ahead with projects? Or was it that they needed at least 200 pieces? I can't remember. This was around the time of the Cheetara statue and them being wary about the number of statues they could sell.

I still say the changes to this Chun Li put me off. At least when she was shown originally I thought I was going to buy her. Too many other Chun Li pieces are coming out. And the Koto one is cheap compared to this version.

Still no word on this? Ive been regretting not preordering and was thinking about trying to pick one up, but obviously that would be pointless if its canceled.

I wish Jerry would start over and re-imagine the Dioramas.

Maybe there is a material to make them lighter and allow for bigger scale close to 1/4, like fiberglass?

Hello Collector

Unfortunately we regretfully must cancel your order of the Chun Li v Vega Diorama.

After several months of trying to create a packaging that would safely transport the collectible to you without breakage, our tests have produced dismal results. We are simply seeing too many broken parts and we feel that instead of spending many more months trying to resolve this issue, it is better to cancel the item.

We sincerely apologize.

Please contact customerservice@pcstoy.com and let us know if you would like a full refund or if you would like to transfer the funds to another item you have on order.
