Oh no ECC has started production runs plenty of times before PO.
Yes final numbers are influenced by orders but they get the sampling and process started.

You are probably right (but I hope not).. they showed Mohawk about 15 months ago so enough time for saving money when you add another 5 months, imo..

You expect too much prudence from your fellow collectors.
Saving for pieces at earliest doesn't begin until PO or for most until after delivery!

Only talking about my own wallet here.. when ECC showed this piece in April 2017 I immediately started saving $150 every month. If (yes, IF) they would release him around Christmas this year I would have saved 20x150= $3000,- so you can say I'm prepared for that hefty price tag.. lol.. can't see what's wrong with that.. why wait until pre-order saving money for a new collectible..

Ha, nothing, just that you are probably the only potential customer with enough forethought to be in such an advantageous position, ha!
The rest of us spend mongers still probably need a year after PO!

I limit myself to buying only 2 or 3 pieces/year and at the moment I only have the P1 Dog Alien maquette in PO so please stop telling me that I'm in an "advantageous position", you don't know me!
