I'm trying to identify this statue or kit: It's a comic style guy. Male (i suppose) and Evil, he's dressed in black with black hat and mantle...2 circular red eyes open

The statue (or finished model) that i've seen about 2 years ago was fixed on a base, also black. IT's in a menacing pose, with the two harms and hands up ...

something like a comic boogeyman? an evil disney character?

I can try to sketch something, but maybe my queston can be simple for onw of us guys?
