Alternately, they might just want to move them off the shelf and have repainted them from the original version in hopes they will sell better. I certainly think the new paint scheme is a major improvement over the old one. She looks fantastic.

They have continued to have the standard version on sale for a while so I'm guessing its excess stock rather than a small new batch.
Saying that .... I think this new variant looks amazing.

Good variant but the face and eyes kill it for me as the paint does not match the rest of the body and vibe of the piece..imo the original green paint works better with the Barbie Disney face look. Price is ridiculous! but still a cool piece to own if you have the ca$h!
Sadly I had to sell that green one off to make room!..I only own the original rattle Medusa now..don't think I can ever part with that one!

I have a question for Arahom or Louis or whoever and please remember there are no stupid questions, just stupid people so be kind. If a piece is digitially sculpted can it be printed and produced in more than one scale? If this was 1/6 for both space and cost I am sure I would buy it. I get that the fear is it would cut into 1/4 scale but the run sizes are so small anyway I think it would likely add to the overall sales quite a bit.
Just curious.

Thanks Ehren! Would be cool to have a 1/6 option but I know Arahom has told me himself he has no intention of doing it, unless he has changed his mind.
Did you ever hear from Hanna RE the etching she was sending you to sign for my ARH Barbarian base?

Amazing repaint but at that price it's hard to justify, at least for me!
