I was told if there were any leftovers from SDCC I could get one from that bunch. Not sold on the idea of the ticket being a crazy awesome thing. If this doesn't work out, I'll just get my cash back.

Sounds pretty worthless to me. Where's the advantage/bonus to having it if it can't be used as you see fit?
