Do you think this is too risque to be in a public area of the house like a hallway/common area? Or should this be in a dedicated "statue room"?
I don't think it is... however, curious on opinion...

I don't, there's nothing I would call overtly sexual about the piece.
That said, I'd keep it from trafficked areas simply because of the concerns of it being bumped into.
