Why does the face look like she's frozen in time? Or literally made out of clay? After ALLLLLL of these years XM still total sucks at 90% of their female portrait expressions.
What is going on with the pose? With the shield and sword it looks downright painful.
And just another stupid base that is justified by they were fighting some type of space alien Ever just thought of having the base be a floor/ground on Apokolips? I'm sure not.

I agree maybe they view there portraits as XM style, rather than taking it and being like ok we really need to rework how we do portraits that's the biggest complaint we get.

After seeing more pics ya the front face pic looks terrible, viewing it from the sides didn't look as bad (not great tho). Not sure if its the paint job or just the portrait needs to be redone.

But unsure if there content with just doing the same thing at this point, either crazy big piece, or niche DC characters and some regular characters with ugly bases. Sadly the best line is there Samurai Batman line, which i would call niche.

i actually laugh out loud when i saw the face. Seem that XM had this mentality, we made it, you buy it.

Also, it has been A LONG time since I ordered an XM piece. I don't know what is going on but I feel they have lost some of the early magic which made them an innovative company. They DO have some ambitious recent pieces (like Maestro) but they have a lot of misses too (like this whole Trinity setup).

Yep, I've even noticed the fanboy hype in all of the Facebook groups has dropped off a cliff as well. Obviously, not completely, but it's no where near the level of annoying it once was.

Pose and portrait are both surprisingly poor, really shocking to see XM drop the ball so badly on this important piece.

What I don't understand is that such a face is accepted by the XM.
I often wonder what kind of people sit at XM who rate such a face as good?
