Cashed-in a wad of points and bit the bullet in this. This is my last Marvel piece for my collection.

Congrats!

The label switching and the price hiking still stings. And the EX is not a must-have either. Staying away from this.

I'll give it some time ...perhaps my mind will change ....dunno.

I hear you. Magneto gives my Marvel line closure. He’s really the last piece from Marvel I want. I’ve always liked this piece and the changes just makes it all the better. The only pieces I will continue to pick up following this is Star Wars (villains only + my Leia tribute and perhaps an ROtJ Luke) and Gotham PFs (when done exceptionally well). Not getting pulled into the relaunches.

I’m about to do the same. Fabric cape be damned, I do like this piece.

After all this waiting, it ends up a good piece to me. And def soured by the label switch and price hike.

Once you get your mind around the idea that the illusion of levitation is more critical than the media used for the cape it’s an easy call. I would prefer keeping the piece lighter with no leaning issues than have a resin cape.

I'm still back and forth on it, more so leaning toward getting it than not. Photos and video from sdcc18 will be the deciding factor for me.
